Organised by the Indie Horror Chapter, the event will deliver more than a book fair. Readers can not only meet and chat with the authors, but can enjoy a host of other activities including readings, discussion panels, and more.


Serving readers of horror and dark fiction, the Chapter 3: Weston Horror book convention will take place at The Royal Hotel, Weston-super-Mare, on 6 September 2025. The free-to-attend event involves over 40 indie authors from the UK and Europe, and offers visitors an engaging and entertaining experience.

This is the kind of event that makes me feel more like the UK has a living, breathing horror community – and I am hungry for more!
